Axiom Controller Configuration
The Rotor Organ code has naturally evolved to match my own setup,
so here I describe the patch for my Axiom Keyboard Controller.
You can probably configure other units in a similar way.

- The keyboard itself drives the Upper/Swell Manual on Channel 1.
(I use my piano for the Lower manual on channel 2.)
- The Nine Faders of course stand in for one set of Drawbars. The Axiom
allows me to reset the range, so full-scale is 0..8 (increasing downward)
to match a Hammond.
- The Buttons are set up as toggles (alternate presses switch between
states) to control Vibrato/Chorus and Percussion:
- 1: Vibrato/Chorus Off Ch. 3 CC20 = 64 (no toggle)
- 2: V1/C1 Ch. 3 CC20 = 86/43
- 3: V2/C2 Ch. 3 CC20 = 106/22
- 4: V3/C3 Ch. 3 CC20 = 127/0
- 5: Upper Manual Vibrato On/Off Ch. 1 CC80 = 127/0
- then, from the right… (6 is unused):
- 9: Percussion On/Off Ch. 1 CC81 = 127/0
- 8: Percussion 2nd/3rd Ch. 1 CC82 = 0/127
- 7: Percussion Slow/Fast Ch. 1 CC83 = 0/127
- Three of the Trigger pads control the Leslie:
- 1: Leslie Off Ch. 3 Key #21
- 5: Fast Leslie Ch. 3 Key #24
- 6: Slow Leslie Ch. 3 Key #27
- Six of the Encoder Knobs are used:
- Lower Row:
- 5: Overdrive Ch. 3 CC21
- 6: Spring Reverb Ch. 3 CC25
- 7: Room Reverb Ch. 3 CC26
- Upper Row:
- 2: Percussion Amplitude Ch. 3 CC22
- 3: Percussion Fast Decay Ch. 3 CC23
- 4: Percussion Slow Decay Ch. 3 CC24
